Ivan Wiener is a 16-year veteran in the hospitality and service industry. He began his career as a Concierge at the Grand Hyatt Washington DC in 1992 and Chef Concierge of the historic Watergate Hotel in 1998. As a member of the professional Concierge organization, Les Clefs d'Or (the gold keys), Ivan took great pride in going above and beyond the call of duty with every guest request. In 1999, he took his passion of being a Concierge and opened Just Call Ivan, LLC - DC's premiere professional concierge service. Clients included corporate executives, the film and entertainment industry, sports teams and professional athletes.
In 2001, he and his wife moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where he continued his success with Just Call Ivan. He re-joined Hyatt Hotels & Resorts in 2002 at the newly built Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa just north of Albuquerque as Director of Concierge & Guest Services. After three years in that position, Ivan became a Sales Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region, Southeastern United States and Entertainment Industry.
Ivan’s passion to provide the highest service levels for clients while saving them thousands of dollars inspired the creation of Reel Solutions in May 2008.
