REEL Ladies is a Women's Organization & Community in the film
and entertainment industry. We provide a platform for women
filmmakers to share their journey, showcase their work and network
with like minded women!
We are here to spotlight women in the VAST fields of the Film
Industry. Whether you are an Actress, Director, Writer,
Cinematographer, Makeup Artists, Set Dresser, Music Supervisor,
in front of the camera or behind, we are here to support
Women in Film!




REEL SPOTLIGHT
~ Our monthly spotlight events features women in the film &
entertainment industry, providing an opportunity for them to share
their journeys. These are intimate gatherings of women in a social
atmosphere. featuring some of the most interesting and accomplished
professionals in our industry. The event allows attendees to
benefit from the knowledge and experience of our distinguished
speakers, as well as network and socialize with fellow Filmmakers
in a nurturing environment.
Women in the spotlight have been: Producer Jennifer

Casting Director Twinkie Byrd, Director Millicent Shelton,

REEL RADIO
~ Our Hit Talk Show has become a Featured Favorite on Blog Talk
Radio. A 30 minute talk show program with women in the film &
amp; entertainment industry to share their journeys and filmmaking
experiences as well as promote current projects.
Guests have been: Golden Globe Nominated Actress Thora
Birch, Comedienne, Producer & Writer Kim Wayans, Actress &

SCRIPT CLUB
~ Script Club is a once a month meet up of women filmmakers and
entertainers to discuss Featured Scripts and Featured Screenwriters
by women screenwriters. This group will give the writer feedback on
story & character development in a positive casual atmosphere.
As well as the writers sharing their writing style and process.
This is an opportunity for women filmmakers to network and read the
hottest scripts around town!

REEL SCREENING SERIES
~ Screening Series is a NEW program for REEL Ladies promoting
feature length films by women filmmakers that spark discussions.
Followed by Round Table Discussions featuring a prestigious panel
of Women in Hollywood, these events talk about women's issues
pervading society and entertainment and how to affect change within
the women's community.

SHORT FILM SHOWCASE
~ Our Short Film Showcase screens short films under 40 minutes in a
supportive social environment for women filmmakers followed by
Filmmaker Q&A. Women across the board in any field of the
entertainment industry can submit short films that they have worked
on, with the producer's consent!! This provides a great way for not
only producers, writers and directors to showcase their work, but
editors, production supervisors, location scouts, makeup artist and
MORE can do the same and showcase their work as well!

REEL LIVE CHAT
~ This is a NEW FEATURE to be launched Feb. 09.
REEL Live Chat will be ONLINE LIVE CHAT SESSIONS with Film
Industry Professionals on our Forums where ALL can participate
regardless of their locations! Women from across the globe can come
together and participate in Themed Discussions each month and join
the discussion and ask questions with our experienced Featured Chat
Filmmaker! This is FREE for all participants and a fantastic
chance for networking with like minded women from various locations
around the world!!

SPECIAL EVENTS
~ Movie Nights, Vision Boards, Karaoke, Dinner & Cocktails,
REEL Ladies provides social settings for women to meet up, relax
and get away from the hustle & bustle of entertainment.


We hope you take advantage of our numerous programs and NETWORK

on to successfully collaborate on projects or advance in their
