Hi John! I am interested attracting post-production work for feature films utilizing my studios in New Mexico. I don't currently have a NYC liason, though I have many friends there as that was my home for many years. I am stepping into the role of music supervisor/music coordinator and would be very interested to hear about your experiences at EMI. Perhaps we can arrange a phone conversation. My schedule is changing constantly as I am working on a lot of TV shows as well as some feature films out here, so it is difficult to pinpoint a time and say for sure I will be able to make a pre-arranged phone meeting, so I will apologize for that right now before it happens. Wednesday morning is clear so far but that could change. I am up pretty early as I have kids in school.
Technology has changed quite a bit since you were at EMI, and the players have probably changed to some extent as well. I am especially interested in meeting people that are in the thick of things production-wise, so I am very interested in ideas and suggestions you may have, along with your insights and knowledge gained while working in that area of the industry..
Look forward to speaking with you!
Regards,
Phil
